Can I use my iPhone or other mobile phone to access your website?
Our App is now available on the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. To install the App follow the 3 steps below:
Step 1: Apps Store: On these devices, there will be icon titled App Store . This allows you the ability to download Apps.
Step 2: Finding the App: You can either find the App by using the Search function by entering "RBS Stockbroking App for iPhone" or by choosing the Finance category. The RBS Trading App is only available to download from the UK Apple app store. However, once downloaded you can use it anywhere in the world.
Step 3: Installing the App: Once you have found the App, select Install and the App will appear on the Home Screen.

Our website is not compatible with Blackberry or other smart phones so we are unable to allow access to the website using these devices.
IOS5 Users
We are currently experiencing a technical issue when using our App with the latest version of Apple's IOS. The issue occurs when you add just one stock to any empty Watchlist. When you tap the stock in your Watchlist to get a quote it takes you to the Quote page but the stock name in the header bar will show as "(null): (null)", no data is displayed and there is an error message saying "Stock Invalid".
To avoid this issue, add more stocks to your Watchlist. If you do want to have just one stock in the Watchllist, add a second stock and then delete it.
We are working with our software developer to fix the issues as quickly as possible.
