GBP Sterling is the only pemitted currency in an ISA
The annual subscription limit for an ISA is £11,280. If you did not subscribe into your Self Select ISA in the last tax year you will need to reapply before you can subscribe. You can do this by logging into your account and then click the Maintenance account drop down menu and select Account Upgrade. You will need to select the missed tax year upgrade. The upgrade will take place immediately.
You can make a debit card payment online using a Switch/Maestro or Visa/Delta card. Login to your Self Select/BrokerLine account and click the Account Information drop down menu. Then select Move money in. We are unable to accept Solo cards.
After you make a payment it will be shown on your Account History immediately. In some cases your trading limit will be updated overnight.
If your trading limit does not update immediately and you wish to place a trade against a recent payment please call us on 0808 156 6000.
It is only possible to fund ISA accounts in Sterling. Money must be paid from a card in the name of the account holder.

If you have a Monthly Portfolio Builder Account you can choose to make regular payments into your account. You can add regular payments to an existing ISA by logging into your account then click the Maintenance drop down menu and select Account Upgrade. Select the Regular Payments upgrade.
