How can I take up a corporate action online?

To check if you have responded to a Corporate Action, follow the steps below:

Log into your account

Place your cursor over the heading My Documents and a list of options will appear. Select "Corporate Action Notifications".

A list of stocks will appear and on the right hand side will be a heading titled "Action Outstanding".

Under this heading will be one of 4 responses:

1. No Response Required
2. Response Received
3. Response Required
4. Closed

If you need to respond to a Corporate Action, click "Response Required" to view your options.

If you have responded to a Corporate Action, it will state "Response Received".

To check what your response was, click on the button "Response Received" and details of the Corporate Action will appear.

On the right hand side of the screen under the heading "Status" click on "Response Received" again and you will be able to view your acceptance.
