How can I view my statements, contract notes and other account documents online?
You can view the statement by clicking on the My Documents menu option once logged into your account.
We provide you with an account statement each quarter, we will either send you an email notification that the statement is ready to view on line or send you a paper copy in the post.
Even if you choose postal statements you will stil be able to obtain copies on our website.
To prevent us sending unnecessary paper through the post you can choose to view online, once logged in go to Maintenance/ Paperwork and choose 'email' from the statements drop down box.
You can also receive email notification for Contract Notes, Consolidated Tax Certificates, Corporate Actions and Voting & Information.
You can also see up to 18 months activity on your account in Account Information/Account History by selecting your desired start and end dates.
