You can transfer stock into your Direct Trader account by contacting us on 0808 156 6000. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 9pm or Saturday between 9am and 3pm
Please ensure that you have your account number and password to hand when you call. You will also need to provide us with details of your current broker such as your account number with them.
Alternatively please complete our Asset Transfer Form. The address to return this form to can be found in the grey box at the top of the form.
Please note we can only transfer an account from another broker if the account is held in the same name(s). It is not possible to transfer from a joint account with another broker to a single account with us for example.
