I am experiencing problems withdrawing funds from my account?

We have identified an issue for users of Google Chrome or Safari browsers. When attempting to withdraw the "Bank Transfer" button does not work if you have visited the Trading page during your current session.   

You can still withdraw money but only if you haven't visited the Trading page after logging in. If you have already visited the Trading page you will need to log out and back in again. Alternatively, please call us on 0808 156 6000 and we will arrange the withdrawal or internal transfer.   

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but can assure you that we are working to fix the issue as soon as we can.   

If you are experiencing any other issue withdrawing cash, please call our Customer Services Team 0808 156 6000 who will look into your query and take your instruction over the phone if necessary. Our opening hours are 7:30 - 21:00 Monday to Friday and 9:00 - 15:00 on Saturdays.
