Frequently Asked Questions

I am getting a Secure Connection Failed error when trying to login.

If you receive a Secure Connection Failed error message while trying to access the secure login screen, it could be due to the browser you are using. If you have version 3.0.5 of Mozilla Firefox, this does not recognise our security certificate.

You can check this by going to the Help drop down box in your browser options and selecting About Mozilla Firefox.

If you wish you can upgrade to the newest version of Firefox which will recognise the security certificate. Go to the Help drop down box at the top of the browser and click on Check For Updates.

Alternatively, you could go to the the Mozilla Firefox website and follow the online instructions.

If you do not wish to upgrade, please use the following work around. In the error message:
Click on "or you can add an exception."
Click on "Add Exception."
The location should automatically pre-populate
Click on "confirm security exception" which will then take them to the secure login section of the site.
