I am unable to access the Online Exchange Agreement. What do I do?
An issue has been identified when using Google Chrome or Apple Safari whereby the links for the Exchange Agreements on the Trading Page do not work. To allow you to accept the Exchange Agreements and place trades on the International Markets, please follow the steps below:
- In the address bar, delete Logged.do from the end of the address, replace with internationaltradingus.do and press enter.
- A page will appear entitled Exchange Agreements. Click on the link in the middle of the page Amalgamated Exchange Agreements. This will take the you to the agreement.
