The application is only available in the UK App Store; if you are located outside the UK you will not be able to download the App.
The app is called "RBS Stockbroking App for iPhone " and will be located under the finance section. The quickest way to find the App is to search for it, entering the first four or so characters should bring up a suggestion which matches the App name.
Using an iPad
If you cannot find the app when viewing the store on an iPad, check that a filter to only view iPad applications has not been applied. If a filter has been applied, adjust to "iPhone" or "All" and our App should then appear in the results.
The RBS Stockbroking App has not been developed specifically for the iPad so the screen resolution is quite low when viewing.
