I have just received a statement from you, but I thought my account was closed?

This could be because you had more than one account, for example: - If you requested to close your trading account but also have a linked ISA or Monthly Portfolio Account, it is possible that the additional account(s) will still be active and generating statements. If you wish to close any active accounts please contact our Customer Services on 0808 156 6000 for further assistance.
