I have more than one account. How can I link them?

Linking your accounts means that you can access all of your accounts either online or over the phone using one username and password.

First decide which account you wish to use as the Primary Account. You will only use this account number and password after the account linking.

Log into the account you wish to use as the Primary Account. From the menus at the top of the screen click Maintenance n and then Link My Accounts.

Press the Link an Account button. You will need to enter both the Account Number and Username for the account you would like to link.

If you do not have a Username enter your account number in both boxes.

Using the on-screen keyboard enter the Account Password for the account you have just entered.

Click Verify Details. You will now be asked to verify and then confirm the account details to complete the linking process.

You can link Nominee, Monthly Portfolio and Isa accounts. It is not possible to link an account in a single name to an account in joint names.

You will also use this Primary Account number and password when you call us. Please tell our representative if you want to talk about a linked account after you have passed security.
