I have not received my Contract Note, what should I do?
Contract notes are produced & dispatched within 24 hours of a trade being placed.
If you choose to receive email notifications and have not received your email you will still be able to view your documents on our website. Similarly if you have not received a paper copy of your contract note you will be able to view it online no later than 24 hours after your trade.
To view contract notes online you will need to log into your account. Click the My Documents menu link and then Contract Notes and you will be taken to your contract notes.
If you would like to request a duplicate paper copy of your contract note please contact our Customer Services Team on 0808 156 6000 between 7:30am and 9pm Monday to Friday or 9am until 3pm on Saturday. Duplicates of paper contract notes are charged at £10 per contract note.
If you have placed a certificated sale and require a Crest Transfer Form you can create one by using our Crest Transfer Form Generator and send to us with your share certificate.
