I hold stock that has little or no value. What can I do with it?

If you would like to remove shares with little or no value from your account you can gift them to charity through the ShareGift scheme.

Sharegift will accept holdings from your account which are of little or no value.

If you are closing your account and only hold shares with no value you can request that we place your account under suspension. This will effectively close your account, however if your holding becomes tradable at some point in the future you will be able to use the account to dispose of these shares.
