Why am I getting an error message when trying to make a card payment?

If the page returns the error: "Unfortunately we have been unable to validate your card details." Please check the following - That your card details have been entered correctly, The address submitted with the payment exactly matches the one with your bank, If your card has both a start date and an issue number printed on it that you only enter the start date, Your card must be a Visa Debit or a Maestro card. Unfortunately we cannot accept Solo, Electron, American Express or any type of credit card. If you are still unable to make a payment then please contact our Customer Services on 0808 156 6000 for further assistance.
