Why can I not see the menus on my account?

If you are unable to view the menu options in either the secure or non secure sections of our site, this will be due to Javascript being disabled within your browser.

How to Fix

Internet Explorer

  1. Click on Tools at the top of the web browser page
  2. Click on Internet Options and a popup window will appear.
  3. Click on the Security tab
  4. For the site to work correctly, the security settings to should be set at Medium-High. Reset the level as required.
  5. Click on Privacy tab
  6. Change the security settings to Medium
  7. Click on Apply and then OK.
  8. Restart your browser

Firefox

  1. Click on Tools at the top of the web browser page
  2. Click on Options and a popup window will appear.
  3. Click on the Content tab
  4. Ensure the Enable Javascript tickbox is ticked.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Restart your browser.

Safari

  1. Click on Safari at the top of the web browser page
  2. Click on Preferences and a popup window will appear.
  3. Click on the Security tab
  4. Ensure the Enable Javascript tickbox is ticked.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Restart your browser.
