You have sent me two passwords, what are they for?
When you open account we will send you an Account Password and a Dealing/Trading Password.
You will be asked to provide three random characters from the Account Password when logging into your account online.
You will be asked to enter your Dealing/Trading Password when you are placing a trade, withdrawing money or changing certain personal details online. You can disable the password for trading if you wish, however it will always be required for withdrawals, changes of address etc.
Both passwords are case sensitive. The Account Password is 6 characters in length. The dealing password can be between 8 & 12 characters in length.
You can change your passwords online by clicking the Maintenance drop down menu. Please contact our customers services team on 0808 156 6000 if you have lost or forgotten your password, or if it is not working.
